We’re hiring for two key roles at The Global Undergraduate Awards!

Join us in building purposeful partnerships that power a mission-driven, global initiative.

The Global Undergraduate Awards is the world’s leading academic awards programme for
undergraduate work, celebrating top student research and ideas from across the globe. We connect
a global network of academics, institutions, and industry leaders, all united by a belief in the power
of education to drive change.

Every year, students from 350+ universities in over 50 countries submit work that is evaluated by international academics, culminating in an annual Global Summit in Dublin that brings together exceptional thinkers, innovators, and future leaders.

As GUA expands its global reach, we are seeking to build a robust development team to support our commercial growth by building and managing partnerships with mission-aligned organisations.

You’ll take the lead on GUA’s income strategy, with a primary focus on corporate partnerships — while also supporting the growth of academic and other revenue streams.

You’ll shape how we engage with external stakeholders, refine our value proposition, and help define the commercial direction of a globally recognised organisation.

Ideal for someone who thrives on building strategic, values-aligned relationships.
You’ll connect with companies that share our mission, develop tailored proposals, and support the retention and growth of existing partners.

This role is perfect for someone commercially minded, relationship-focused, and motivated by measurable impact.

Both roles offer the chance to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with real scope to grow and to help expand the global reach of a truly unique initiative.
